At PamV Estates, we understand that plans may change. We aim to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy for our valued guests. Please review the following terms based on the specific circumstances of your booking.
1. Dynamic Cancellation Policy
- •Group Space Bookings: No refunds will be issued for cancellations of group space bookings.
- •1 Month Before Check-In: A partial refund is available for Studio Apartments and Service Apartments cancelled one month before the scheduled check-in date.
2. Seasonal Pricing
- •Regardless of property type, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made under seasonal pricing conditions.
- •This policy accommodates the high demand associated with peak periods.
3. General Terms
- •All cancellations must be communicated in writing to our reservations team.
- •Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment.
- •Guests are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the refund process.
- •No-shows will be treated as cancellations — no refunds will be provided.
- •Our cancellation policy may be subject to change; updates will be communicated promptly.
