7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between you and Company shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you and Company may assert individualized claims in small claims court if the claims qualify. Before commencing arbitration, the parties agree to meet in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 45 days of written notice. 30-Day Right to Opt Out: You have the right to opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days to: contact@pamvestates.com.
